Exchange & Refund Policy
At Ayyami, each box is thoughtfully crafted to hold what matters most. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order and personalized, we invite you to review our policy carefully.
1. Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
All customized boxes (including color combinations, initials, names, or embroidery) are made specifically for you.
For this reason:
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
If you have purchased a non-personalized item, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A suitable solution at no additional cost
4. Color & Material Disclaimer
We do our best to display colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or material characteristics. These differences do not qualify as defects.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always support you in tracking and resolving any issue.
